1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website, services, or communications of ITXAZ (legally Inspire Technology Solutions LLC) ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and prospective clients who interact with us through any channel, including our website, phone, email, SMS/MMS messaging, or in person.
2. Services Description
ITXAZ operates in Arizona and surrounding states. We provide the following services:
- AI phone receptionist — bilingual English and Spanish call answering
- Appointment booking and confirmation
- Call routing and warm transfer to a person
3. A2P SMS / MMS Messaging Program
A2P program disclosure — required by CTIA and 10DLC standards.

By providing your mobile phone number to ITXAZ verbally on a call, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS and MMS messages from ITXAZ.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may receive our services without consenting to receive SMS communications.
Opt-Out & Help Instructions
Reply STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to unsubscribe immediately and stop receiving SMS/MMS messages from ITXAZ. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.
Reply HELP at any time to receive support information, including our contact details.
You may also opt out by contacting us directly at (480) 525-5301 or by emailing info@itxaz.com. Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours. After opting out, you may opt back in at any time by texting START to our number.
5. Consent & Data Sharing
No mobile opt-in data or phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. This is a strict policy, in compliance with CTIA guidelines and carrier requirements.
By consenting to SMS communications, you acknowledge:
- Your phone number will only be used to send communications from ITXAZ
- Your number will not be sold, rented, or transferred to any third party for marketing purposes
- Your number may be shared with our SMS service provider solely for message delivery, under strict confidentiality obligations
- Your consent covers recurring messages and is valid until you opt out

6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our services or communications channels to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Engage in any unlawful activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Transmit unsolicited commercial communications
We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for violations of these terms.
7. Delivery & Limitation of Liability
Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Neither ITXAZ nor the carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ITXAZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on information provided.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at terms.itxaz.com with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services, or receipt of SMS/MMS messages after changes are posted, constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
